The Hardest Beginning

As time flies away,I have been in NewYork for almost five months. Actually ,this is the first time for me to leave my comfortable home for such a long distance without anything and anybody to depend on .Normally,I have confronted a series of difficulties that I never faced before.I think this period may be the handest times in my life.

Althought this is my second semester at St.Johns,I have little understanding about the entrance procedure of American universities.Because last semester I was studying IPE.In this case ,I didn't need to register and add or drop classes on line just following the advisor's instructions.But this semester the situation changes ,I have to handle all of this promble by myself .So in the past one week,I was almost walking from TCB office to the registration office ,and then from registration office to the office of Bursar,and then TCB office again,over and over again.I was almost lost all my patience .Fortunately,I have dealt with all problem by now.

Additionally,the biggest challenge is the language .English isn't my mother language ,and my English level is not high enough to understand all of what the teachers said.Especially in law classes and macroeconomics classes, I always confront a lot of words and terms whose meaningsI did know at all.In this case,I couldn't understand the professor completely,no to mention taking notes .

However ,I'm confident that I can conquest all handicaps if I make great efforts to try.
